We take a great deal of care manufacturing and packing your order well - all products are produced and qualities controlled by us and leave Indonesia in good condition. Humidity of your product will be kept in lower humidity level than 12 %, to maintain good products quality until you receive your products in your country. We have 6 modern kilns dry and some dry room to realize this quality standard. We stay in touch with you during the production process and send production report / inspection by picture or you can also send your agent to inspect your products during production process or before packing.

How It works :

• You can order simply by E-mail: Info@baliware.com or merchandiser@baliware.com
• When you have special design, you can also send your design to those E-Mail
• Within three working days we will send you a sales order with estimated shipping cost to your destination
• We need to know the closest city to you with an International Airport or the closest seaport for shipping by sea freight
• If you want to go ahead with your order please transfer an approximate 30% deposit with our Indonesian bank
• Our bank details are available on request by email or fax
• After receiving the deposit the production time for your order will be between 60 days for 20 Feet Container, 90 days for 40 feet container on average
• Throughout the production process we will stay in touch to keep you updated. we will send you inspection by picture or you can send your quality control agent to our factory.
• You can send your preferred shipping company or we can propose it to you.
• After getting shipping company, we will inform you of the exact shipping date.
• We will ask you to transfer the balance due for the ordered goods as well as the shipping cost. Balance payment must be done before shipping date.
